4 Ingredient No-Bake Cookies!

Chances are you have these ingredients in your pantry so you if are short on time but after a little sweet treat, these no-bake cookies are perfect! Even the kids can make them ;-)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • ½ cup cashews or almonds
  • 8 Medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Method

  1. Process all ingredients in the food processor until a sticky crumble forms.
  2. Roll into 'cookies' and place in the freezer for 20 minutes to set.
