  • beetroot, peeled and diced 
  • 1 inch ginger 
  • natural probiotic 
  • pinch of salt
  • filtered water  

What To Do 

  1. Place the diced beetroot into a jar.
  2. And in the ginger to the jar.  
  3. Add a probiotic that is suitable for you (whey or plant-based). 
  4. Add a pinch of salt. 
  5. Fill the jar with filtered water.
  6. Allow to sit on the counter for 2-3 days.
