Making a dairy-free alternative to yogurt doesn't get much easier than this. With only three ingredient, this recipe is perfect for breakfast or as a snack throughout the day.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 banana, mashed

Toppings
Choose your own!
Mine are gluten-free granola, coconut and peanut butter.

METHOD

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and allow to set overnight in the fridge.
Finish with your favorite toppings.
