Who needs soda when you've got kombucha?! Swap alcoholic cocktails for these probiotic rich mocktails and your tummy will thank you! 


FROZEN KOMBUCHA MARGARITA 


 WHAT YOU NEED 

  • 1 cup kombucha (homemade or bought) 
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger 
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 
  • 1 cup ice 
  • 1 cup coconut water 
  • Lime slices to garnish 

WHAT TO DO 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until you get an icy consistency.
  2. Pour into two glasses.
  3. Garnish with a lime & enjoy straight away. 

MINT KOMBUCHA FIZZ 


 WHAT YOU NEED 

  • Handful of mint
  • 1/2 of a cucumber, sliced 
  • 1/2 a lime 
  • 1 cup kombucha (homemade or bought)
  • 1 cup coconut water 

WHAT TO DO

  1. Divide mint and lime between two glasses. 
  2. Muddle lime and mint together to release the juice and aroma. 
  3. Add 1/2 cup of kombucha to each glass and top with coconut water and sliced cucumber.

BEAUTY LEMONADE 


 WHAT YOU NEED 

  • 1 punnet of fresh strawberries 
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 
  • 2 cups of coconut water  
  • 1 cup kombucha (homemade or bought) 

WHAT TO DO 

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. 
  2. Pour into two glasses.
  3. Enjoy straight away.
