INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups leftover sweet potato mash or roasted sweet potatoes/sweet potato pie
  • 1 pinch pumpkin spice
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3/4 cup light coconut milk

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth! Serve immediately.
