INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz/25g dried cranberries
  • oz/25g goji berries
  • 2.5 oz/75g Macadamia nuts, roasted 
  • 1/3 oz/10g popped corn
  • 1/3 oz/10g rice bubbles or puffed rice
  • 1.5 oz/50g cold coconut butter cut into 1 cm dice 
  • 1 oz/30g freeze dried raspberries or strawberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 
  • 7 oz/200g dairy free dark chocolate melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 

 

METHOD

  1. Combine all of the above ingredients in a bowl and mix well 
  2. Transfer mixture to a 7"x7"/17cm x17cm tray lined with baking paper. 
  3. Refrigerate until set, then chop into pieces.
