- 1 oz/25g dried cranberries
- 1 oz/25g goji berries
- 2.5 oz/75g Macadamia nuts, roasted
- 1/3 oz/10g popped corn
- 1/3 oz/10g rice bubbles or puffed rice
- 1.5 oz/50g cold coconut butter cut into 1 cm dice
- 1 oz/30g freeze dried raspberries or strawberries
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 7 oz/200g dairy free dark chocolate melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Combine all of the above ingredients in a bowl and mix well
- Transfer mixture to a 7"x7"/17cm x17cm tray lined with baking paper.
- Refrigerate until set, then chop into pieces.
