Our Favorite Spiralizer

People often ask me, what is one kitchen item I couldn’t live without? Well, I usually start with the basics, like a knife… but there are other things that I really enjoy having in my kitchen as well as a blender or a juicer.
But there's a lesser-known part of this treasure chest of kitchen items that I do enjoy. It makes making food, especially raw and living food, so much fun.
It's a spiralizer.
It is an underutilized and underappreciated kitchen tool, that people can use in order to make vegetables taste and look amazing.
Basically, it's a way of spiralizing a vegetable in order to make vegetable ‘spaghetti’. You can get a small handy spiralizer or a multi-blade spiralizer.
It’s a great way to make vegetables look and taste amazing which is why I love spiralizers and they are such a cheap piece of equipment. Plus, they make a great gift if you’re trying to inspire others to eat healthy!
