Dangerously Delicious Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

2 bananas, frozen
1 handful of goji berries
1 tbsp flax seeds
1/2 cupf raw, gluten-free muesli (no added sugar)
1/2 cup water or rice milk
1 punnet blueberries
1 tbsp organic peanut butter or other nut butter

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender

Blend on high speed for half a minute until you reach a smooth consistency and add more water if desired.
