Stress is now being labeled the health epidemic of the 21st century yet is still a normal state of being for most. Our modern lives, though full of opportunity, have us anxious, stressed and exhausted.

While the stress response is a normal function for our bodies and we definitely need it in certain circumstances, being constantly stress is, in fact, making us sick.
