Mmm... creamy banana and coconut smoothie. You will think you're devouring a delicious bowl of ice cream!

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup coconut, almond or cashew milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp Food Matters Superfood Protein (optional)

Method
