DIY Oatmeal Face Mask: So Good You Can Almost Eat It

Oats have long been hailed for their rich nutritional qualities but it turns out they’re pretty beneficial for your skin as well! Reputed to soothe inflammation, these oats (plus the other therapeutic goodies!) will leave your skin fresh, smooth and feeling hydrated.

You'll need:

  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • ¼ cup warmed oat milk
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

To Make:

Mix all ingredients to form a warm paste. Apply to a clean face and massage gently. Leave to 5-10 minutes before rinsing with fresh, warm water.
