I absolutely love making this smoothie! Not only is the vibrant pink color gorgeous, but it's also packed with nutrients. Raw beets are rich in antioxidants and vitamins, and their sweetness works perfectly in this kind of smoothie. Eating them raw also keeps the nutrients intact, making this drink even more beneficial.


  • 1 apple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 raw beet (peeled)
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds for garnish (optional)

Blend ingredients until smooth, serve and enjoy! (makes 2 servings)

Note: If you want to try variations of this smoothie with different fruits, choose fruits that have a pale color so it doesn't disrupt the pink tone.
