Yes. This program does require you to have a juicer. We recommend a Hurom's cold-press juicer, but any juicer will work.
If you feel like you need to eat something during the detox, we have a list of optional extras, including nourishing vegetable broths, creamy dairy-free turmeric latte, low sugar smoothies, nut milks, and herbal teas.
Yes. While we recommend getting as much rest as possible, continuing with your current work schedule is fine.
Yes. Gentle stretching, yoga, and walking are encouraged to aid the detoxification process.
Yes, absolutely! We recommend blocking out one week where you can fully commit to the program to feel its true benefits. Try to pick a time when you don't have a lot of social engagements.
No. If you don't have a lot of time in the morning, we suggest juicing the night before, for the next day or two.
Yes. This program has been designed for all seasons. You'll find a list of optional vegetable broths, herbal detox teas, and warming nut milks, if you'd like to add in something more.

Over the years I put on a lot of weight due to having Hashimoto's and hypothyroidism as well as unforgiving, unhealthy eating habits. The weight and having Hashimoto's had a big impact on my health. I got to a point where life just became a struggle and I had to make a change.
I adopted a mostly plant-based diet (with occasional fish), gave up foods that I had developed sensitivity to including dairy, soy and gluten.
I also gave up fast food, junk food and almost all processed food. I added exercise. At first, just walking and then in the last 6 months I added in yoga, running and weight training. I feel better than I have in years and I have now lost just over 100 lbs.
