Yes. This program does require you to have a juicer. We recommend a Hurom cold-press juicer, but any juicer will work.
If you feel like you need to eat something during the detox, we have a list of optional extras. These include nourishing vegetable broths, creamy dairy-free lattes, nut milks, and herbal teas.
Yes. While we recommend getting as much rest as possible, continuing with your current work schedule is fine.
Yes. Gentle stretching, yoga, and walking are encouraged to aid the detoxification process.
Yes, absolutely! We recommend blocking out one week where you can fully commit to the program to feel its true benefits. Try to pick a time when you don't have a lot of social engagements.
No. If you don't have a lot of time in the morning, we suggest juicing the night before to stock up for the next day or two.
Yes. This program has been designed for all seasons. You'll find a list of optional vegetable broths, dairy-free lattes, nut milks, and herbal teas if you'd like to add in something more.
We recommend seeking advice from your health care professional before starting the detox or any new diet.
Each meal plan consists of a juice for breakfast and lunch, whereas the cooler months meal plan includes a warming soup at dinner. You can do either, no matter where you live.
