Kali Gray

Kali began her professional career as a dietitian and has a clinical background working with food intolerances, gut disorders and disordered eating behaviors. More recently, Kali has worked alongside chefs in recipe development, menu analysis and community cooking classes. Whilst Kali loves helping people directly, she is also passionate about spreading health inspiration through the power of written word.
