Angie is a Holistic Nutrition Consultant, Wellness Coach, and Holistic Personal Chef. She started down the holistic health path by owning and operating several health food restaurants in the US - most recently Dlish Very Vegetarian in Sedona, AZ, before moving to Boulder, CO, and becoming a Holistic Personal Chef. This naturally led her to become a Holistic Nutrition Consultant. She loves working with women and my nutrition practice is focused on helping women with hormonal imbalances, gut issues, and anxiety. She believes that nutrition is about more than just eating healthy food. It is about finding the right balance for you, feeding your body, your mind, and your spirit so that you can be strong, healthy, and complete.
