Suzanne is a writer, recipe developer, and whole foods enthusiast based in New England. Her journey to healthy eating began after training at the French Culinary Institute in New York City, where she realized that most of the food we eat is laden with fat, salt, and sugar. Seeking a more sustainable and body-friendly diet, she set out on a mission to take not-so-healthy favorites and cut the flab (but keep the flavor). Her passion is creating delicious, wholesome food -- and sharing that food with the world one recipe at a time.
