Whether you’re new to yoga or an advanced yogi, we’ve teamed up with world-class yoga instructors Lauren Verona, Kerry Lyons, Brett Larkin, & more to create 7 days of yoga classes that will ignite your inner yogi.
Why yoga? We often rush from one day to the next, constantly trying to change our health, our body, or our emotions, but yoga opens up the possibility of connecting to what we already have — to who we already are.
Don’t worry, we aren’t going to make you do headstands and scorpion poses on day 1! This challenge is all about building technique and enjoying the practice. (Not to mention, you can practice in the comfort of your own home).
We’re kicking off on Monday, February 25, and each day includes a 30-minute routine that you can complete from the comfort of your own home, no equipment required.
