Starting a meditation practice can be overwhelming and intimidating. Understandably so, the idea of becoming a ‘meditator’ is often paired with an unachievable stigma. Last week we busted those myths around meditation and this week we are speaking to real people who have either just started meditating or have been using this tool for some time now.
With over 6,000 research papers now existing on the benefits of meditation, we know that the ancient practice of meditation holds the key to helping with ailments from lowering your blood pressure, to cell regeneration in our brains and while these things sound amazing, we can’t exactly measure them ourselves in our day-to-day lives.
I've been meditating for years, and have seen deep changes, but I wanted to show you that you don’t need to be a meditation master to feel some of the benefits of meditation and that some of the most profound benefits of meditation can be felt after as little as 10 minutes of meditation a day.
Watch this short video to hear real people on how meditation has changed (or is changing) their life.
Through the different stories shared in this short video, you'll see that you don’t need to be a master of meditation to reap the benefits. You don't even need to know how to meditate. You just need a curious spirit and an open mind.
