Healing Leaky Gut, Autoimmunity and Stress Levels with a Conscious Diet

Camille is from Rural Australia and maintains her good health by making a nourishing green smoothie every morning.
How do you like to start your day?
Camille: With a cacao hot chocolate.
What are your top 3 healthy non-negotiables?
Camille: Green smoothie for breakfast, daily meditation, and getting out into nature.
What is the one healthy habit that has changed your life?

What’s your motivation to be healthy?
Camille: I was unwell for a very long time and now I want to maintain my health.
How do you stay motivated to stay healthy?
Camille: That I don’t want to go back to being so unwell.
What is your go-to breakfast?
Camille: Green smoothie.
Do you supplement?
Camille: Yes, and I know that it works for me.
Are you a meal prepper? Or do you cook daily?
Camille: I cook my meals every day.
What are your weekly staples in your grocery cart?
Camille: Baby spinach leaves and avocados for green smoothies.
Do you have a trade secret healthy eating hack?
Camille: Green smoothie for breakfast is the best thing that I have ever eaten for breakfast because it is healthy, nourishing and filling.
What’s your daily non-negotiable? Meditation? 1L of water straight up in the morning…
Camille: Meditation is a must.
