How To Protect Yourself From Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR)
Don’t have time to read the whole article? Here are the key points you need to know.
- We are exposed to electromagnetic radiation (EMR) in everyday life from cell phones to wifi and power lines
- EMR exposure has been linked to health issues including headaches, brain tumors, nausea, fatigue and more
- There are now some awesome new products on the market that can protect us from this potentially harmful radiation.
Today I wanted to share with you the topic of electromagnetic radiation (EMR). The effects of exposure to electromagnetic radiation is far from a new phenomenon. However, as you can imagine, technology is forever advancing right before our eyes - which has led to our exposure being increased.
We often forget EMR is even a “thing” as we can’t see it, and most of us cannot feel it.
You’re probably wondering what EMR is and why it’s so important for me to share this with you. EMR is a kind of radiation including visible light, radio waves, gamma rays, and X-rays, in which electric and magnetic fields vary simultaneously.
We Are Exposed To EMR In Daily Life Through All Kinds Of Sources
These include: mobile phone, power lines, televisions, microwaves, being in Wi-Fi zones, and more.
Over a decade ago, we were all so excited by the idea of wireless devices and new technology that would make life more convenient. But who would have thought that these devices could potentially be harming our health?!
Research is suggesting that EMR has been linked to increasing rates of brain tumors and other health issues in both children and adults. The crazy thing is, even if you don’t use a cell phone or wireless device, you are still being exposed to EMR as society as a whole is becoming more and more flooded with these gadgets and “smart” devices.
EMR Can Potentially Trap Heavy Metals Inside Of Your Cells
Heavy metal buildup can cause severe damage to the body and prevents us from being able to naturally detoxify ourselves.
You don’t have to go far to find stories of people who are being affected by EMR. Maybe you’re one of these people.
Headaches, anxiety, depression, nausea, fatigue and loss of libido are all reported symptoms believed to be linked to EMR. I’m starting to think these devices might not be so “smart” after all.
Something Worth Pointing Out Is That Autism Rates Have Skyrocketed In Conjunction With The Rapid Increase Of Cell Phone And Wireless Device Use
According to experts, early onset of autism symptoms can be noticed in some children as heavy metals are trapped inside of the nerve cells. This could accelerate the onset of heavy metal toxicity and stand in the way on the natural clearance of toxins from the body.
Researches also suggest that EMR from wireless devices works alongside environmental and genetic factors to cause autism. Scary, right!?
The International Agency for Research on Cancer has labeled radiofrequency EMR associated with the use of wireless devices as potentially carcinogenic to humans. In other words, these wireless devices could be a cause of cancer.
The World Health Organization is even conducting a formal risk assessment into the effects of EMR. The results are scheduled to be released later this year, so we will be sure to keep an eye out for the latest on this research!
Thankfully, It’s Not All Doom And Gloom!
With new technology also comes new ways of finding out how to protect our bodies from EMRs.
We can now purchase products that shield us from ERM’s such as Radiation Shielding Laptop Cases, EMR Radiation Neutralizing Stickers, Whole House Plug protection Devices and even Radiation Protective Sheets for your home.
We don’t see the issue of EMR going away any time soon, but we have products like these to thank for the fact that we have ways to reduce our exposure.
