Miranda is a registered dietitian, nutrition nerd and self-proclaimed veghead constantly in pursuit of the optimal balance of wellness and fun. Miranda works with private and corporate clients inside and outside of the kitchen. Her past experiences include two years as a clinical dietitian at a New York City medical center and nutritionist/health educator/cook with Wellness in the Schools. She completed her Masters in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetic Internship at New York University. She is passionate about cooking wholesome, plant-based, clean foods which she documents over on her blog The Crunchy Radish.
