Don’t worry, we aren’t going to make you do headstands and scorpion poses on day 1! This challenge is all about building technique and enjoying the practice. (Not to mention, you can practice in the comfort of your own home).
We’ve teamed up with world-class yogis Lauren Verona, Kerry Lyons & Brett Larkin to create 7 Days of Yoga that will ignite your inner yogi. For beginners, our instructors will make sure your technique is correct and for the advanced, we promise you will feel the heat. Each day includes a 30-minute routine, keeping it short and sweet - you won’t have any excuse for missing a day!
