Pineapple is pack full of vitamin C, making it a great ingredient to help repair skin! Pineapples also contain the digestive enzyme bromelain, natural enzyme that supports the digestive system in breaking down and absorbing nutrients from the food we eat.

Bananas are one of the world’s best foods for supplying your body with energy. Rich in potassium and B vitamins, they can provide your body with a more sustained release of energy. The supply of vitamins and carbohydrates in bananas make you feel full, help slow down digestion and keep blood sugar levels stable.

Chia seeds are rich in Omega 3, dietary fibre, protein and antioxidants, making your feel fuller for longer, - there’s a good reason these are the talk of ‘healthy town’.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of greens powder of choice
  • 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut water

What to do

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender, and blend until nice and smooth!
