Bell peppers are the secret ingredient in this juice. They are rich in antioxidants, especially vitamin C and carotenoids, which provide a number of health benefits, such as improved eye health and reduced risk of several chronic diseases.

Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 3 small carrots
  • 1 small beetroot, washed and stem removed
  • 1 red bell pepper, cored
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger root, peeled

Method

  1. Juice all the ingredients together and enjoy straight away!
