A simple berry smoothie packed with nourishing ingredients to fuel yourself after a workout or whenever you just need a healthy snack!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • 3-4 tbsp Food Matters Superfood Protein
  • 2 tbsp organic yogurt
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk

What to do

Combine all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
