CHOC-BANANA SMOOTHIE BOWL

The combination of cacao, coconut & maca makes this the perfect mood-boosting & hormone-balancing bowl of goodness. Plus it tastes just like a bowl of chocolate & banana ice cream so, why wouldn’t you be happier after eating this?

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 dates
Blend everything together in your blender and enjoy this one in a bowl, just like you are enjoying a bowl of ice cream... Only 10 times better! (Pictured)

THE GREEN MOOD BOOSTER


A smoothie packed with phytonutrients from those greens, this is the perfect combination to fight those stress levels and give your body some of those happy-producing nutrients. Drink up and let them do the work!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon Superfood Greens
  • 3 tablespoons raw cacao nibs
Blend everything (except raw cacao nibs). Once the smoothie is nice and smoothie, add in cacao nibs and give another blend. We like to still have a little crunch in these & it's nice to sprinkle some on top! Enjoy.

BERRY-RICH CRAVING SAVER

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 3-5 strawberries, depending on size and freshness
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Blend everything together until totally smooth and enjoy!
