Berry-Rich Craving Saver Smoothie

Created to the cravings at bay, this delicious smoothie is packed with the nutrients you need to keep going through to your next meal. Plus with the added bonus of probiotics to help kick those little cravings!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen berries
    1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • spinach
  • 2 tbsp plant-based protein of choice
  • 1 probiotic capsule or 1 tbsp kefir

WHAT TO DO

1. Combine all ingredients into the blender and blend until nice and smooth!
