In addition to the delicious taste, you can expect to strengthen your immunity with banana, improve brain functionality with almonds, and replenish electrolytes with coconut.
- 1 cup coconut water
- ½ cup of whole almonds
- 1 banana
- Soak the almonds in filtered water for a few hours or overnight.
- Peel banana and slice up roughly.
- If you have a Hurom Juicer, you can pour through the coconut water, followed by the almonds and banana or add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy!
