  • 20 g (¾ oz/ 1 handful) rocket (arugula) or baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • ¾ small ripe pear, cored and chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 orange, peeled and chopped
  • 50 g (1¾ oz) ice

  • 150 g (5½ oz) pineapple pieces
  • ½ lemon, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small handful of mint leaves
  • 2 small kale leaves, stems removed, or 1 small handful baby spinach leaves

  • 75 ml (2¼ fl oz) water
  • 50 g (1¾ oz) ice

  • 30 g (1 oz) cashews
  • 1½ tsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 pitted dates (ideally soaked in boiled water in advance) or ½ frozen banana
  • 150 ml (5 fl oz) almond milk
  • 150 g (5½ oz) ice

  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 banana
  • 60 g (2¼ oz) frozen raspberries
  • 100 ml (3½ fl oz) coconut milk
  • 50 g (1¾ oz) ice
