4 Hormone Balancing Smoothies

These are great choices for hormone health. Blend all of the ingredients thoroughly, until smooth (you might need to shake the blender halfway through).
Winter Smoothie
Ingredients
- 20 g (¾ oz/ 1 handful) rocket (arugula) or baby spinach
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- ¾ small ripe pear, cored and chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
- 1 orange, peeled and chopped
- 50 g (1¾ oz) ice

Summer Smoothie
Ingredients
- 150 g (5½ oz) pineapple pieces
- ½ lemon, peeled and chopped
- 1 small handful of mint leaves
- 2 small kale leaves, stems removed, or 1 small handful baby spinach leaves
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 75 ml (2¼ fl oz) water
- 50 g (1¾ oz) ice

Chocolate Treat Smoothie
Ingredients
- 30 g (1 oz) cashews
- 1½ tsp raw cacao powder
- 2 pitted dates (ideally soaked in boiled water in advance) or ½ frozen banana
- 150 ml (5 fl oz) almond milk
- 150 g (5½ oz) ice

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
- 1 banana
- 60 g (2¼ oz) frozen raspberries
- 100 ml (3½ fl oz) coconut milk
- 50 g (1¾ oz) ice
