Nut Butter Crackles
If Chocolate Crackles were a favorite when you were growing up, then you are going to love this healthier version!
- 1 cup puffed brown rice
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- 4 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 3 tbsp shredded coconut
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 3 tbsp plant-based clean protein powder
Mix all ingredients together.
Divide evenly between patty cake liners and place in the freezer to set.
