4 Ingredient No-Bake Cookies!
Chances are you have these ingredients in your pantry so you if are short on time but after a little sweet treat, these no-bake cookies are perfect! Even the kids can make them ;-)
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- ½ cup cashews or almonds
- 8 Medjool dates
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- Process all ingredients in the food processor until a sticky crumble forms.
- Roll into 'cookies' and place in the freezer for 20 minutes to set.
