Ingredients
- 1 green apple
 - 2 stalks of celery
 - 1.25 inch (3cm) cube ginger
 - 1 medium beetroot
 - Handful of fresh mint
 - ½ lemon
 
Method
- Run all ingredients through the juicer and serve immediately.
