Ingredients

  • 1 green apple
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1.25 inch (3cm) cube ginger
  • 1 medium beetroot
  • Handful of fresh mint
  • ½ lemon

Method

  1. Run all ingredients through the juicer and serve immediately.
