- 1 frozen banana
- 1 frozen small zucchini
- 1 small avocado
- 1 large handful of baby spinach
- 1-2 tsp Food Matters Superfood Greens
- 1 cup coconut milk
- A handful of mint leaves
- 1-2 cups ice - to thicken
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Top with your favorite toppings.
