How To Cook Quinoa

Quinoa is one of the most protein-rich foods on the planet. Quinoa also has a long list of other health benefits too, including its high fiber content, iron, lysine, magnesium, B vitamins and manganese. Follow the recipe below to cook a fluffy bowl of quinoa.

Ingredients

1 cup quinoa
2 cups water

Method

Bring quinoa and liquid to a boil in a medium saucepan
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed, 15 to 20 minutes
Fluff with a fork
