INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup cashews, soaked overnight or quick-soaked
  • 2 large avocados
  • ¼ cup raw honey, or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • ⅓ cup lime juice
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ cup purified water
  • Ginger (optional)

METHOD

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Will keep the refrigerator up to 24 hours and freezes well.

You can choose to soak your cashew nuts overnight otherwise you can do a quick soak, where you use hot water and soak for 1 hour.
