Raspberry Chia Seed Jam


Chia Seeds, raspberries & a little maple syrup = a quick and easy homemade jam!

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor.
Pour mixture into a jar and allow jam to thicken naturally as the chia seeds absorb the liquid.
Store in air-tight jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
