Tea is such a versatile drink. We like it served cold for a refreshing way to cool down without the added sugars. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar 
  • 2 cup boiling water 
  • 3-4 black tea bags 
  • 6 cinnamon sticks 
  • Juice of 2 oranges 
  • 1 cup ice for serving

METHOD

  1. In the hot water, dissolve coconut sugar, then add tea bags and cinnamon sticks. Allow to steep for 10-15 minutes. 
  2. Once cooled, add fresh juice from the orange. 
  3. Divide between glasses and top with cool water and ice.
