- Handful baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup (8 fl. oz) coconut milk
- 1 tsp Food Matters Superfood Greens

The dark green color of spinach leaves indicates they contain high levels of chlorophyll and health promoting carotenoids (beta carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin).
