Ingredients

  • 1 cup of spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of greens powder of choice
  • 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut water

What to do
