Bananas... We love them!

They help to overcome depression due to the high levels of tryptophan, they pack a punch for both pre-workout and post-workout, they help to relieve stress and regulate blood sugar, strengthen your blood, super high in potassium, act as a prebiotic... We could go on and on, but we won't, I think you got our point on: eat more BANANAS!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp Food Matters Protein Superfood (or your favorite protein blend)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy straight away!
