- 2 handfuls spinach
- ½ Lebanese cucumber
- ½ avocado
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, sliced, chopped or grated (depending on your blender)
- ½ lemon
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1-2 tsp Food Matters Superfood Greens
- Add all ingredients to high-powered blender or nutribullet and blend until smooth and creamy.
