Post-Workout Green Smoothie (Recipe)
Any post-workout green smoothie should contain a healthy amount of protein, nourishing carbohydrates and liquid to hydrate. This green smoothie recipe should cover it!
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- 1 tbsp plant-based protein of choice
- 1 small frozen banana
What to do
