Turmeric Yogurt Dressing (Recipe)


On the hunt for a healthy, yet tasty salad dressing? This is one of our most favorite (and so simple) go-to dressings! Not restricted to just salads!


  • 1/4 cup yogurt (coconut yogurt or organic dairy)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • Cracked pepper to taste (this helps the body to absorb turmeric)

What to do

  1. Add the yogurt, oil, garlic and turmeric to a bowl and stir till well combined.
  2. Drizzle yogurt dressing over the salad to serve.
