Turmeric Yogurt Dressing (Recipe)
On the hunt for a healthy, yet tasty salad dressing? This is one of our most favorite (and so simple) go-to dressings! Not restricted to just salads!
- 1/4 cup yogurt (coconut yogurt or organic dairy)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- Cracked pepper to taste (this helps the body to absorb turmeric)
What to do
- Add the yogurt, oil, garlic and turmeric to a bowl and stir till well combined.
- Drizzle yogurt dressing over the salad to serve.
